What to Expect

The first step is to contact me and take advantage of a twenty minute free phone assessment which will allow you to discuss what you want to change, detect your challenges and ask any questions. This is a great opportunity for me to assess and advise you on how I can help you overcome your challenges and get back on track with your life .

The first full consultation can be carried out face to face, video call or by phone and will usually last an hour and a half and any consecutive consultations will be an hour. The first consultation will be to gather information regarding the changes you want to make and assessing your personal requirements. You will also learn powerful techniques to utilise between consultations to assist in your own progress.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 50% of the hourly rate will be charged for appointments cancelled with under 24 hours notice.
